We want you to love every FRÉA Beauty product you receive.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer rights.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Items must be returned within 14 days after you notify us of your decision.
Please note:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@freabeauty.com with:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

A short reason for the return
We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@freabeauty.com with photos and your order number.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Contact your credit card company — processing may take time.
